Stage 23 gives us the anchor winch.  This is a pull-back motor, although somewhat more refined that those pull-back toy cars we had as kids!

Take the motor and unwind about 5-6cm of thread.  This isn't too critical as it's quite easy to adjust after the anchor is fitted.

Push the motor into the winch housing.

Screw the top in place.

Now screw the winch housing into the hull to complete the stage.
