Pack 5 - Stage 22. Window frames.

Stage 22 give sis another LED lighting panel and some window frames.

The frames are photo-etched nickel silver, painted brown.  They cut easily with a craft knife, but use a fresh blade.  If you cut close to the frame you won't leave a burr.  However, if you do leave burrs or rough edges, file them off with a diamond file.  

Apply superglue to the recesses int eh bulkheads (do one frame at a time!) and put the frames in place with tweezers.

Repeat until al the frames are fitted.

Repeat with the arched windows on the stairwell and gym superstructure.

Test the LED panel using the test board supplied earlier.

Clip the LED board into the inside of the superstructure.  Make sure that the bottom of the board is flush.  File off any protruding wire ends.

 

Remove the tank assembly from he funnel and fit the clear plastic band to hold the wires in place.

Take the funnel and feed the extension cable through it.  Note that the lager end comes out the top of the funnel.

Screw the funnel to the deck to complete the stage.
