Stage 21 gives us another section of hull.  We also get the correctly coloured parts for the fore deck (which I will detail in a separate post.)

Fit this hull section in place.  It will clip in.

Add the 3 wide headed screws.

Add the two socket headed screws to the joining black joining panel.  These are a bit fiddly, but I found that you could get them started by hand, then drive them home with the Allen key.

This completes the stage.

Stage 21 also includes replacement parts for some parts that were supplied in stages 1 & 13.  These replacements are to correct some mistakes in the colours.

There are replacement breakwaters, steam valves, capstans, fairlead rollers and winches.  

The original parts can be easily removed if they weren't glued.  However, if you did glue them I suggest repainting the parts glued to the deck.  I don't recommend trying to break the parts off the deck as there is a good chance you may damage the wooden decking.

Here's the original forecastle deck.

Replace the breakwaters.

Replace the four capstans and the four steam valves.

Here's the original well deck.

On the well deck replace the winches and the fairlead rollers.
