Stage 31, Progressing the shoulders:

 

Firstly, I place the plastic liner into the left shoulder assembly:

 

Now the shoulder blade attaches to the shoulder. I line them up and attach by putting the fixing shaft through:

 

The fixing shaft is hard to get in. Just use your thumbs and apply a lot of force and it will eventually go in:

 

Now the fixing cap slots under the shoulder blade joint. It will stay in by itself:

 

I take the shoulder accessory, and apply some glue to stick it to the shoulder. It will only fit in properly facing one direction (like the image):

 

I use some glue to stick part 31-7 into 31-6:
