Stage 44, more wheels.

 

 

Firstly, add the return rollers to the left side of the hull.  Again, a long bladed screwdriver makes this easier.

 

 

The assembly of the wheel is a repeat, so I won't bore you with another set of identical photos!

It's fitted like this.

 

 

Stage 45 is another wheel and side some armour.

 

 

Repeat the wheel assembly, and it goes like this.

 

 

Now assemble the side armour.  You'll need the parts from stages 43 & 44.  They are fitted to the part supplied in this stage with small hinges.  It's straight forward, but a little fiddly because the hinges are small.  Make sure that the pins go all the way in the armour or you'll find it difficult to line up the screw holes.  The hole can be deepened with a 1.5mm drill bit.

 

 

Stage 46 is another wheel and more side armour.

Stage 47 is another wheel and more side armour.

Stage 48 is more of the same....

Stage 49 gives us more armour and the lsat left road wheel.

Stage 50 give us the drive sprocket.

 

 

Screw the housing to the hull.

 

 

The two halves of the sprocket are screwed together.  Use a little lubricant to make things easier.

 

 

Stage 51 is another piece of armour.

Now we can fit the left side armour to the deck.

 

 

The second piece is fitted, making sure the hinge pin is properly located.
