Stage 2 gives us the steering wheel and a front wheel.

Fit the steering wheel onto the steering column with a screw.

Now push the steering wheel boss into place to cover the screw.  Align the points of the star with the screws.

The wheels feature split rims, so messing about wrestling the tyre over the wheel in this kit.

Take the outer rim and place it in the tyre.  Note that the inner and outer rims are slightly different sizes and the tyre only goes on now way.  So don't force the rim into the tyre if it doesn't fit.  Just turn the tyre over a try again.

Put the inner rim in place and align the screw holes.  It's easier to twist the outer rim than the inner rim to align the holes.  Then secure it with 3 screws.

That completes stage 2.
