Tracking question/missing part

Hi all (newbie here)

soooo 2 things:

1) how to track if i dont get ANY notifications about items being shipped

2) how do you go about getting parts that are missing?? I received pack 2 (i think it was pack 2) and it had 2 passenger side steering axles instead of a left and right side, kinda hard to do the steering part of a firetruck with 2 passenger side wheel mounts lol.

im already loving the fdny firetruck (even if i am a firefighter just not FDNY), waiting on the frame to get that tackled

For missing parts just submit a request, they are helpful at sending out parts. Unfortunately the postal system can slow things down, depending were you are. Request link https://support.agoramodels.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new.
