Any news on Pack 8 on being shipped and also those missing road wheels?

I was charged on 2/11, still no email with tracking. I wish they wouldn't charge our cards until they have product in hand. 

I did get the missing road wheels though.  Took a while. Was just the wheel, not the entire pack.

Two weeks ago, before I left for vacation, I received an email from Sophie about pack 8. According to Sophie pack 8 should have been on the way by now. I recently received pack 12 of the Bismark so I have plenty to do. The delay in pack 8 has been typical of the Leopard build. It should be on the way soon. I finally received the parts I was missing and the model is up to date.

Pack 8 was charged to my card on 31 January, over !!6!! weeks ago.

Pack 8 has *still* not shipped.

Pack 9 is !!2!! days away from being charged to my card...

WTH is going on here?

I have now been charged for Pack 8 AND Pack 9, yet have received neither (though I did receive the corrected wheels.)

Pack 9 doesn’t have instructions posted yet, I’ve noticed they do post them before a pack ships, but it is quite unethical of Agora to charge for two packs at this point and not ship or reply.

Of course, we should probably contact support instead of whining on a forum they may not even monitor.

I have been charged for 8 & 9 also and have not received the correct wheels.  Support is using the stuck in the port excuse.

I have pack 8, complete with 2 replacement wheels.

Just got notification that Pack 8 has a tracking number.  Hopefully 2 weeks away now.

Recieved mine begining of week. Got the tracking number 3 days later.

UPDATE:  DHL has handed it off to USPS, and it's just left Jamaica NY.  Hopefully a week out now.

I received pack 8  yesterday, it did include the replacement wheels.  Is there a reason why pack 9 instructions have not been posted?

Pack 8 is here now.  W. coast of Canada.
