Stage 16, forearm:

 

I push the ring into the first arm part. Make sure to push hard so it stays in (no glue or screws):

 

Next, I take a long screw and place a washer over it:

 

The long screw with the washer then goes through the arm from stage 14 and into the part I just built:

 

Now I take a rubber washer, a small screw and the arm rod and screw the washer on the end 3 times:

Tip: I jammed my tweezers into the arm so I can tighten the screw without it twisting in my hand (right image):

 

Each rod goes into the arm, then the stage is complete:
