Still haven't received Pack 7. I figured since the instructions were late getting posted that shipping delays got in the way. Is that true?

Is Pack 8 going to be in the same situation? If so, are we going to be charged at the same time as usual for pack 8? I'm getting kinda weary, given broken eyelets/mismatched wheels so far about paying for two packs in advance.
