Missing parts

Good morning all. Pack 4 was delivered on time, I'm very happy about that, but there were a number of missing pieces. Several pieces from one package and what amounts to all of another. I lost some parts from the Bismark a couple months ago and after notifying Agora about that they included those parts in the next pack. I pointed out the missing parts of the Leopard to Agora and they replied that the missing parts would be shipped out. I really like the response from Agora and their concern for their customers. Any one else experienced missing parts from pack 4? Don't be afraid to contact Agora customer service. They will answer you quickly and take care of any concerns.

Yes! Missing hinges in pack 4.

Contacted customer service on many occasions but still no joy 🥲

Agora has been great with a few small issues I have had. Their customer support really is top notch.

I just received Pack 1-4 and have missing parts in 3 out of the 4 packs.  I did do an inventory on all packs.  I emailed Sophie and asked for the parts that are missing hopefully they will sent out in a timely fashion.  Also I found an easy way to assemble the tracks, if anyone would be interested let me know.
