Have contacted them and have been told that they will be sending out all the replacements that I listed which was quite a few. Hopefully this will make my model work and restore faith back to Agora.

I have now given up with this model. Will be seeing about getting something back from Agora. I was told that they are great from a friend but not after this hassle. This was my first and will be my last unless they complexly replace most of the wiring etc. Thanks for your help.

Tested all the LED's and none are working. The gun barrel is now working better after taking it out and sanding down the edges. Have sent an email to Agora about this problem. Will wait and see what happens. Do not know how to fix the plugs that have come off after having to remove them a dozen times. Will see if I can find some micro plugs to fit.

Hi mate Change the board as you did. The turret now turns but still no lights. I did do a test on all the LED's and all are faulty. Also, one of the wires for the up and down motor has come off. Will have to repair and let you know.

Hi Karl Thanks for the help. Where are you. I am in Sydney. Have tried re connecting all the cables and checking them again. Still at the moment trying to find out why my lights that were working are not. Also, the motor for the turret turning is OK as tested. Now with removing the cables from the boards the cables are getting bad.

Hi Karl My parts arrived today after a month. Installed the new parts and still no go with some of the parts. The tanks no fires, camera working but no turret turning or lights working. Have sent an email to them. Not very happy with the money I have spent.

This was my first Agora model and was hopeful that it would not be my last. With all the trouble I have had with it the amount of over $2000.00 Australia in my opinion was not worth it. I am very disappointed in this model and only hope that if I do decide to do another model from Agora, they have done their homework.

My pack is still stuck in the UK. May have to wait until after Christmas. My camera always worked but the turret and lights never.

I am also starting to lose my patience. I have done a few other partworks models and have not had the same amount as trouble as this one. Have been getting emails saying that the repair park is being sent in a week then nothing. Also read somewhere that if you start this build the repair pack comes with the first pack. I would have thought that they would have sorted it out for those that have finished the model first. Not sure what to do now as having spent over AU$2200.

Cost from them is not cheap with the freight to Australia kills getting anything. Also, the switch cost less than AUS$1.00

Been over a week now and no problems with the batteries going flat. Maybe I should tell Agora about it.

Just finished doing a mod to the remote case and so far, the batteries have latest OK. I put in a slide switch on the side of the case and cut the red wire. One side to the common side of the switch and another piece of wire to the out of the switch them joined the outside contact to the wire that runs into the connector.

Hi all Just got an email from Agora customer services. Been informed that we will be supplying new, updated parts as soon as possible. I don't have a date yet but there will be more news in due course on our forums. If I get any more updates, I will let you know. Thank you for you your valuable feedback. Have a lovely weekend. Looks like they are trying their best to sort out everybody's problem and to get this tank model working. Great support thanks

Hi Mark Have contacted customer services and they have told me that they will be sending out a new circuit board and cable connection. I have checked all cables and they are the right way around. Very strange that the tank moved the first time then nothing. Camera is working. The red light on the controller they do not know what is causing it not to come on. They have said that they will look into it. As I have told them the right light does not come on.

Turned on tank for the first time. Camera problem but the tank went forward and backward, and the gun fired. Nothing else worked. Just all connections and turned on again. Camera now comes on when first starting but now nothing else works. Hope they get it right soon. Have tried re connection cables etc all I get now is camera and pairing failing. Also, seem to be getting a beeping noise from the tank. Battery is fully charged.

That was me and I have just been told that my Pack 10 will be sent middle of next month. Not that happy with delays as by the time Pack 10 would be posted I would have paid for Pack 10 and Pack 11.
