    You're right, and it works fine when it is not mounted to the base. If I just get my finger near the spring the LED lights up perfectly. When I mount it in the base as per the instructions however, nothing! I am absolutely stumped.

    It's been a while since I have received any parts for the Zero. Is anybody else having this problem? The last pack I received was Pack 8, and that was like three months ago. Any thoughts?

    I have an electronics problem I hope you can help me with. The on - off touch switch on the base works fine if I touch the spring or the contacts on the circuit board, but as soon as I mount it to the base is does not. I have tried everything and am at my wits end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
