    Decisions . . . ?

Anybody seen/heard of this one? https://www.modelmotorcars.com/legrand/
  2. I know it's been available in Europe, but would love to see it come to the USA. Street or Comp version, either one!
  3. For me, any of the P&W C-R's would be welcome. Looking forward to a future release of the C8-R in 1/24 at some point (I hope).

    Decisions . . . ?

I'm currently in progress on the E-Type, but I'm looking at my next project. I really, really like the Miura but have been hearing some potential issues with paint quality and fit. I like adding detail, and don't mind fiddling with the fit if it's needed, but I am not really interested in having to do any serious paint corrections. I really like the 300SL (classic, and would counterpoint the E-Type well) and 917 (it looks like a detail fanatic dream) as well, Any recommendations on my next major purchase? :-)
  5. Wheels and mirrors are a good candidate for 3D printing. Here's a good set of reference photos: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/rudge-knock-off-wheels/ Here's a link to a 1/24 set on Shapeways, bet the owner would consider upscaling it. https://www.shapeways.com/product/2NZSWW9JV/300sl-rudge-wheel?optionId=299272364&li=marketplace
  6. I've been thinking about how I might make a functional soft top. :-)
  7. Black LaFerrar for sale, lots of good reference photos: https://www.naplesmotorsports.com/used-vehicle-2014-ferrari-laferrari-c-3252
  8. For those who started with the Eaglemoss kit, how is the 300SL? Fit, finish, detail, etc.? It's always been one of my favorites, and now there are a number of kits here that I really want. Trying to prioritize them.
  9. I'm very surprised there's no 250 GTO big-scale kit.
  10. it would be great if another option is 'straight DB5,' factory stock vs. 007 version. I'd be all over that, for ALL of the 007 models!

    300SL

Looking forward to the MB 300SL, I hope it's a good kit. Is it a repop of another distributor? Here's a great gallery for the 300SL roadster. The frame is different, of course, but the engine is the same, and it has some awesome detail photos of the undercarriage and mfg tags and labels. Lots of good textures to copy there! https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1960-mercedes-benz-300sl-roadster-3/ MH
  12. Holy cow! Here's hopin' we see that red car . . . :-)
  13. Saw the photo, but not seeing any info on it? Any information on the Mercedes 300SL?
  14. I didn't get one for the Jaguar . . .
  15. I updated the toggles one more time, this time making the mounting post thicker, and building a 'box' around them so they're not accidentally broken. Will print them, along with an updated dash panel, this weekend. Hopefully this will be the final version, and i'll put one together and share it here, then if anyone wants a set we can work out shipping.
