Always mount the completed tracks when the lower hull is on its side (it just makes life easier) and the idler wheel is in its back position. Place the loop of tracks over the wheels and engage their horns into the wheel gaps. You can depress the rear wheels to allow slack of the track and get the drive sprocket into place then on to the shaft of the gearbox and turn until it finds the flat and drops into position. Now adjust the idler wheel screw to acceptable tension. Once one side is done flip it over and repeat. You will find this side easier as you master the skill of putting on, taking off tank tracks. Maybe AgoraSam can help with which colour to use or maybe not? I know there pricey little items but the detail is fantastic. You will need to file a tiny amount off each edge to allow fit into the recess and use flanged nuts and not the castle nuts supplied. 👍

No comment from Agora so I guess they have no plans to resolve this issue 🤯 If anyone wants my plastic return rollers they are welcome to them? You will need a spare set in time when running it, trust me! I went ahead and purchased a metal set from KK and they are solid and look amazing 🤩

Hi Joep, it’s finding the correct size spacer and it might not work? To clarify, it’s the depth of the gap, not the width. The track horns are just that little too long and will eat into the screws that hold the rollers on when running through. Pass a spare track link through the roller and you will find out what going on. Good luck buddy.

A FPV will be pointless if it falls apart while driving it 😂 Either make a display model or remote control? And don’t forget we are paying a lot of money for this kit.

Made by Kingkong-rc they expensive but quality. Interesting to hear from the Agora team about this issue before I purchase a set.

Another issue I have identified is the gap between the track horns and return rollers as shown in the attached picture. The return rollers need a smaller spacer for the track horns to pass through. If not they will eventually cut the rollers off 🤦‍♂️

Has anyone else found that the suspension system is too weak on this model? Since fitting the gearboxes, drive sprockets and tracks, the weight has caused the road wheels to lower especially towards the rear. I feel the springs in the suspension arms are not good enough to hold the weight of this tank. Please add any comments that may resolve this issue. 🙏

Just wondering if this has anything to do with the mysterious delay of pack 9?

I haven’t put any fluid in yet as want to open up smoke generator chamber to see if it is primed. There’s no rush to do it yet but when I do will let you know. Or maybe AgoraSam can let us all know?

Also don’t fill the chamber up with to much fluid. This will cause the smoke generator to not work as the heating element becomes flooded. Agora should tell us if the chamber is primed or not? So we can judge how much to use. Normally a few drops at a time.

The front idler wheels come in Pack 8 and wasn’t impressed with the bearings. They come with the same nylon type as the road wheels. Treat yourself to metal bearings - 5x11x5mm

Any news on Pack 8 on being shipped and also those missing road wheels?

My pack 7 like Athos_1969 was correct but still no sign of the replacement road wheels. And like you Tom, becoming very disappointed and will eagerly await the design of the gearbox (please be steel)
