I'm having the same issue - didn't notice until I've finished the whole build - but my left shoulder won't position at all since it won't compress down to disengage the cogs - the right shoulder works perfectly. It was a pain to take the shoulder off the finished model due to the trim piece covering one of the screws. I noticed the spring barely/doesn't really fit into the metal cog housing - If I push the spring in using a screwdriver I can get it into the recess, but rebuidling the shoulder it doesn't compress at all - I'm sure the spring is getting in the way. I'm thinking of also cutting the spring but I'm afraid of making a loose shoulder! I guess I could cut bits at a time. I've written Agora in hopes of getting a replacement spring in case mine can't work: any luck getting replacement parts from Agora? This is my first build with them.

I'm thinking of 3D printing a Plasma rifle. I found a decent model on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2379808 The posted model claims to be full scale (635mm length) so if I just scale to 50% would it be the proper size for our T800's? When sized down, the length is about 316 mm (12.4"). It looks to me like the grip is too small in this model when sized down (about 28 mm on the front edge of the grip to the trigger guard, or about 34mm from the posterior aspect of the grip to the barrel of the gun. Can someone tell me the dimensions of their plasma rifle?
