  1. It is supposed to be 1/8 scale, Printed from a CULTS 3D file. I believe that it will be a little short due to the size restraints of the resin printer used. But for the price it will have to make due. I am planning to use spare Eaglemoss 300SL parts for the lights, wheels, dash, and grill. For the chassis, either the 300sl tube or the chassis from the Back to the Future Delorean. I would like to replace the printed ramps with brass. On top of that, I will need to find a way to strengthen the body to hold the weight of the W196.
  2. I would love to get the new corvette, but at over $1800 with the shipping, it is unaffordable to me (or should I say my wife). If this is going to be the new pricing level for all the new models I will be going in to spectator mode.
  3. Ferrari knew that whatever replaced the Enzo had to be lighter. The first step toward this goal was a research model unveiled in 2007 called the Millechili (Italian for 1000kg). Ferrari developed the car to test ways to shave 265kg from the 1365kg Enzo. To do this, Ferrari decided it had to: Make LaFerrari about 900mm shorter than the Enzo's 4702mm and Downsize the engine to a 3.0-liter twin-turbo, gasoline direct injection V-8 with 550hp from the Enzo's massive 6.0-liter V-12 engine. 4. Looks like Agora and IXO are each doing a version of the Mercedes W196R. Stirling Moss with blue plaid seat and number 12 for Agora. Juan Manuel Fangio with red plaid seat and number 8 for IXO. IXO's is a full kit version. I wonder what Agora will do?
  5. Replaced the screws on these two items so far. Also added the Dave Say mod for chassis support. I will paint those supports black.
  6. If you find a way to do the final version with the lighted advertising panel, please post.
  7. I found this in the Haynes manual, I guess this is just an earlier version of the heater.
  8. Just got my posters today, better than I could have imagined! These will take your bus to the next level and give it a personal touch. Thanks Peter
