    That is unacceptable  I am receiving pack 1 on Wednesday.  I will let you know how mine looks.  I hope this not going to be an on going problem.  A friend is making the jag and had a paint problem after three new hoods he finally received a good paint job.

    I have the problem with the remote the light is flashing and will not pair with the tank and also the turret does not move and one motor stopped working. Agora is sending me a new circuit board and motor

    Just want you to know one of the drive motors stopped working.  I believe part 91-1 and 75-1 are defective.  Also the sound cuts in and out.

    I will,  please find out what needs to be replaced, it does look like the pc board (75-1) is bad and I just don’t know what else.  I am going on vacation a week from Saturday and will not be back until September 25.   Again thanks for your help.

    The recoil does work if I push the barrel in it will work,  almost like manually loading it.  The light in the barrel works once and a while.

    First of all, check that the cable plugs are properly inserted.  This is the black/red ribbon cable which goes in the main control unit and the connector board in the hull top.  Also check the individual cables in the connector board.  Then check that there are no broken cables.  Particularly on the turret rotation motor.

    If all looks good, check to see if the main drive motors are working and you have sound (don't forget to 'start' the tank with the left hand button on the controller).  If the drive motors are working and you have sound, then it's probably a faulty ribbon cable (82-1) or a faulty connector board (75-1).

    First let me thank you for the help.  

    The wires are installed properly and no wire seem to be damaged.the turret does not move the turret motor does not turn on. I did not mention before but the main lights do not come on the marker lights and tail light keep flashing.

    So I did get the camera to work, but turret will not move the barrel will only go down.  The other problem is the sound card sounds awful it keeps cutting in and out.

    maybe Mark, the master modeler can help out with this

    Ok so I started the tank up pressing holding the power button on the remote, the message  on the screen says pairing then goes to pairing failed.  The smoke works and the forward and reverse work the sound works the recoil on the barrel works sometimes, the turret left a right does not work, the barrel up and down doesn’t work very well and lights in front and back are blinking.  The main lights do not come on.  One other thing the power light on the remote is blinking.  Also how long do you charge the battery

    Any tanks work?

    So I guess I’m in for a good time figuring this out.  I just received 11 and 12 packs already missing left side replacement spring.  I would say one or more PC boards are defective.  How does all these company’s like heng long make all their inexpensive tanks work just fine?

    Does anyone have an actual working tank.  I have not receive pack 11 and 12, but they are being delivered this week.  One of the boards seem to be labeled wrong(wrong letters)  maybe some RC folks in the group can find out what’s going on and maybe Agora will chime in.

    You are so right , I went on model space put T-72 tank and there it was almost the same ( different tank, but the same components) I hope Agora figures the issues out, model space didn’t according to all the posts.  Looks like a control problem with connecting to Wi-Fi . Notsram confirm this please.
